A. I am pleased by the change of attitude in Vietnam for this issue, Its

something we have been looking for, working for for several years now and

what I hope is that we can turn that changed attitude into firm arrangements

for getting people back to their homes in Vietnam as soon as possible.

A. I met the foreign secretary and I have been meeting other people as well.

I've talked in general terms how I view the political situation at the moment

and the general view that I have on how I will approach the question of Ex co

the course of the next two weeks or so. There are several numbers of appointments

in exco which come up for renewal, otherwise at the end of this month, not

all the members of exco but some of them, so I'll be making decisions on

that during the course of the next two weeks.
