There are two regular major Hong Kong events in London to which the organisers hope the Governor can come.
They are :
(i)
The annual TDC Berkeley Dinner
I understand that this may be deferred in 1992 to November or even December. So perhaps this could be tied in with the possible visit to London after Japan.
(ii)
The triennial Hong Kong Association Dragon Boat Dinner
