Governor's Visit to London: 7-12 March

Thank you for your letter of 15 January.

The Governor would like to include your suggestions (a), (c), (d) and (e) in a programme for Friday, 8 March. He would, however, prefer to have dinner with the Hong Kong Executive Club on Monday, 11 March instead.

The Governor will also wish to have a meeting with FCO officials sometime on Friday, 8 March to prepare for his meetings with Ministers on 11 March. may also need to leave time to call on the (York Herald on matters related to his recent award of the GCMG.
