The requirements are as follows:

i)

not more than half a page per person;

ii)

iii)

each country starting on a fresh sheet of paper;

notes on each person following down the paper in order of seniority;

iv)

typed on one side only with single spacing on plain white paper with 1.25 inch margin;

v)

no classification should appear (the notes will be classified confidential which will be added by the Documentation Unit at the reproduction stage);
