COMMONWEALTH FINANCE MINISTERS MEETING 1991: A REPRESENTATION OF DEPENDENT TERRITORIES

There will be places again this year for the representatives of up to five Dependent Territories in the UK delegation to the CFMM, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur 8-10 October.

2. Because of their comparative importance as financial centres Hong Kong, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands are offered places every year (although Hong Kong declined last year). remaining two seats are offered to the other Dependent Territories in rotation
