COMMONWEALTH FINANCE MINISTERS' MEETING 1991

1.

This year's meeting of Commonwealth Finance Ministers and Senior Finance Officials is to take place in Kuala Lumpur on 9-10 October. The Board Representatives of the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Cooperation will meet on the morning of 8 October and the Commonwealth Senior Finance Officials in the afternoon.

In keeping with the practice followed in recent years we are inviting a number of Dependent Territories to attend these meetings as part of the UK Delegation. We would be pleased if this year a representative of your Government could join us. Would you please confirm as soon as possible whether your Government wishes to take part? If so, I will let you have details of the arrangements when they issue from the Secretariat. Travel details of these attending the meetings will be required by the Secretariat in the next few days; these we shall forward together with all other necessary details on behalf of all members of the UK delegation including those Dependent Territories who will be attending.

3. We would be happy to book hotel accommodation but the cost as with all the other costs associated with attendance will fall to your Government.
