With regard to last week's discussion on law

and order in Hong Kong (pages 593-594), the Deputy to

the Governor, in reply to Mrs Fan, said that the

proposal that members of District Fight

Committees should meet

Crime

to

Legislative Councillors

discuss the law and order situation would be raised at

the forthcoming Fight Crime Committee meeting.
