It will be useful to discuss this matter with the Governor during his visit but I shall clearly be inhibited by the fact that the CBF probably considers that his remarks to me were made in confidence. Perhaps we could have a general
discussion with the Governor about the likely future membership of EXCO and see whether he refers to the question of the CBF's attendance.
