Opening of ballot boxes and

counting of ballot papers

Regulation 44(1)(c) is amended by repealing "relating to the

election of the candidates for the constituency." and substituting ·

"taken from the ballot boxes

(i) from all the polling stations in that constituency;

(ii)

or

from all the polling stations in that constituency

divided into such groups of 2 or more polling

stations as the returning officer may determine.".
