remove the written declaration of secrecy requirements

in respect of police officers on duty at polling or

counting stations (regulation 21);

provide for the reduction of the forfeiture of

deposits percentage from 12.5% to 5% (regulation 22);

and

(n) revise the format and content of 11 prescribed forms

in English and Chinese and to repeal one form

(regulation 23). The ballot paper (Form 10) is

replaced by a new form in both languages.
