in relation to the Legislative Council, means

(1) an Appointed Member within the meaning

of Article VI (1)(d) of the Letters Patent; or

(11) an Elected Member within the meaning of

Article VI(1)(e) of the Letters Patent; and

(0) in relation to the Executive Council, means

an Unofficial Member within the meaning of

Article II of the Royal Instructions;

"senior member" means the member of the Legislative

Council appointed under section 6 to be the senior

member of the Legislative Council.
