(d) within 10 days after the declaration under
paragraph (2), be published in the Gazette.
(4) The decision of the returning officer as to the
result of an election as declared by him in the notice prepared under paragraph (2) shall be final and shall not be questioned in any proceeding whatsoever except by an election petition
under Part VI of the Ordinance.".
9.
Enforcement of provisions as to secrecy
Regulation 65(2) is amended by adding after subparagraph (a) "(aa) interfere with or attempt to interfere with any ballot
box, unused ballot papers, spoilt ballot papers or marked copies of the register referred to in regulation 36C(5),
36D(5) or 37 (5);
(ab) interfere with or attempt to interfere with any opened or
unopened ballot boxes, ballot papers, unused ballot
papers, spoilt ballot papers, tendered ballot papers,
ballot paper accounts, verifications of such accounts or any other election materials referred to in regulation
46A(5) or 46B (5);".
