accountable to LegCo.
However the
Fifth, as regards a Commission of Enquiry to investigate the BCC (HK) issue, the Hong Kong Government stated on 31 July that they did not intend, at that stage, to appoint a Commission of Enquiry. possibility of a wider enquiry was not ruled out by the Hong Kong Government if at some later date investigations underway across the world revealed matters requiring further investigation in Hong Kong.
