centre, a major office development in Tsim Sha Tsui. Wharf claimed that the architects had incorrectly calculated the site's plot ration and had failed to utilise its full
development potential:
(d) Wharf are developing a major proposal to reclaim about
60 hectare adjacent to the planned West Kowloon reclamation. This will need detailed consideration in the light of HKG's
own plans:
(e) The Wharf Group has a small shareholding in the Cross Harbour Tunnel Company. It has recently indicated an interest in running all three cross harbour tunnels and intends to put in a pre-emptive bid for the third harbour
crossing.
