Further to my letter of 29 November, I now attach comments on the remaining names submitted in the three lists.
As before the lists are split into four distinct categories:

companies on your lists which Companies House have confirmed are registered in the UK
on the basis of details provided by BTC a list of parent companies which Companies House have confirmed are registered in the UK. Names of the proposed
subsidiaries are also included, though it has not been possible to check the relationship
list of other institutions which we agree should be classed as British
residual list of companies, not registered at Companies House and on which we have no substantial information, on which we have to rely on the Committee's judgment.
I hope we haven't overlooked any candidates!
