I have been sent the enclosed paper by Mr Julian Walsh about the difficulties of the foreign born wives of British citizens in Hong Kong. I expect you have already seen it.

It seems to me that Mr Walsh and his colleagues argue a very respectable case. Furthermore, they do it in a very measured and moderate fashion not at all hysterical.
