The question is, how to proceed from here? Mr Paul Channon has indicated that the House of Lords might take an interest in the matter when the Bill goes to them, but I do not know how to get anyone interested at this late stage. Please could you advise me on this matter, or perhaps refer the problem to any contacts that you may have in the Lords?
