1. Sir Geoffrey Howe announced that the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Bill will be published next week and the Second Reading will take place on Thursday 19 April. There will be a series of Adjournments debates on Thursday 5 April (details of the subjects for debate will be published on Tuesday 3 April).
