Our timetable for introduction is tight. The present plan is for notice of presentation to be given on the afternoon of Tuesday, 3 April, introduction on Wednesday afternoon and publication first thing on Thursday morning. This will ensure that details of the Bill will be available in Hong Kong during the early evening local time.
Copies of this minute go to OD(K) colleagues, the Attorney General and Sir Robin Butler.
