Your Letter of 21 March

Our colleagues are studying the annexes to your letter on application form and security checks. Their comments will be forwarded to you as soon as we are in a position to do so. One problem springs to our attention : para 17 of Annex A indicates that "Under the Bill, the child must be under 18 cn the date of the parent's registration". Our previous agreement is that the date should be that of the parent's application rather than registration. This agreement has been duly reflected in
paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2.
