Hong Kong: Passports
When we met at the Hong Kong Association lunch on February 22nd, you mentioned to me that it would be helpful if you had a few specific examples of Hong Kong Chinese Managers who were intending, because of 1997, to leave the territory, but who would certainly stay if they had a full British passport.
The attached are some typical examples (without names) which we have selected from within the Swire Group. As you will see, some of those listed have in fact already left Hong Kong for Canada.
