defensive briefs for Ministers on the Points System

Brief No. 2: Experience points
Brief No, 3: Education/Training points.
The content of these briefs will need to be expanded and refined, and additional briefs are being produced for other point-scoring criteria. Please let us know however whether this is the kind of material in the right format that will
be useful to Ministers.
