Generally 5 points may be scored for membership (other than arising from the applicant's official capacity) of a board or committee in the Civil & Miscellaneous List of Hong Kong during the past 10 years, up to a maximum of 50 points. Precise allocation will be determined by the high-powered Steering Group to be appointed by the Governor.
