Dear
Francis
We have corresponded and spoken about Hong Kong on a number of occasions. Can I now raise with you the problems of the ethnic minorites in Hong Kong? I enclose herewith a copy letter I have received from Mr H N Harilela, who is the President of the Council of Hong Kong Indian Association. I have great sympathy for his position and I would be grateful what, if any, response our Government is intending to make. This letter is accompanied by two Parliamentary Questions which I intend to put down in three days time.
Best Wishes.
Yours sincerely
