This activity may be run in the shape of company limited joint-stock company of the Polish subjects with the foreign partners or exclusive share of the foreign suojects.
The foreign subjects share must not be lower than 20 %% of the capital stock and not lower than 50.000 USD.
The foreign subjects which are antitled to participate in the
companies are:
legal persons whose residence is abroad
- real persons who live abroad
companies of the mentioned above persons that do not posses legal status..
In the field of the commencing such companies the Act require permits for shareholders given by the Chairman of the Interna tional Investment Agency (Warsaw, ul. Szopena 1).
2/ On the ground of the law - dated on 23rd of December 1988
which comprise the economical activity; anybody who is living in Poland including citizens of Poland, foreigners.. stateless persons can carry economical activity.
The economical activity it is understand as productive, bui ding, trade and services resulting in the production of goods or the supply of services to meet consumer demand and to obta profits.
Subjectively the economical activity can carry phisical person, corporate body, limited liability company, joint-stoc company, limited partnership and unlimited partnership.
3. Direction of investments in Bielsko-Biała province.
Bielsko-Biała province is known as one of the highest
value in comparision with other provinces in Poland on range
of recreation, tourism and rest.
'Beautiful landscape, the tourist recreational base, good communi
cation (in the country and international - with Vienna, Prague and Bratislava) - all this factors causes that one can rest and
make tourism all the year long.
The basic economical function of province are connected with woolen industry but also with electromachine, chemical, metal
and timber industry.
