1. Please see the attached copy of a self-explanatory letter and enclosure we have received from our Embassy in Stockholm.
2. Our initial reaction like Stockholm's is to ignore this, as further correspondence might only draw even more attention to the offending article. However I should be grateful for your views and if you think that a reply should be printed in the railway magazine perhaps you could provide a draft to go from our Embassy.

It might also be worth someone from the Information Services Department out in Hong Kong, taking the author to task over the rather alarmist tone of the whole article.
