We should continue to keep up our lobbying on the Swedish Government to do all that they can to help Hong Kong by

offering assurances to employees of Swedish companies in the

territory. Further elaboration required of what exactly the flexibility under their existing rules entails. If people

actually have to emigrate from Hong Kong to Sweden to

benefit then it will not help the immediate brain drain

problem.
