I should be grateful for advice on this proposal. At this stage, this Government is certainly not interested in spending large amounts of money in this way. If it were thought acceptable and this Government decided to go forward with it, it would be done properly by way of a Government Office, not as an operation by a private group using Government's name, flag etc.
