Put together, these commitments, potential commitments and the flexibility I have described, add up to a substantial extra package for Hong Kong. We have worked hard to achieve
this, and have been glad to do so. Our work is not yet done. We have led the way with our own nationality package, but these developments elsewhere show how the effect of our
package can be multiplied.
