We spoke on the telephone on Friday about the "schehe" and in particular on how it will work. We shall certainly let you have any information on this as it becomes available.

You may like to look at the basis of the Australian and Canadian "points" systems. This is familiar to the people of Hong Kong and we believe that they will see our system of points as being a fair way of selection. I enclose copies of the extracts from the
