Proposed additions to Clause 6 BOR

Provided that no court or tribunal shall exercise its powers under this subsection if it is satisfied that adequate means of redress are or have been available to the person concerned under any other law.
(2) [As drafted]
(3) The Supreme Court may make such provision with respect to the practice and procedure of any court or tribunal as may appear to be necessary or desirable for the purpose of enabling such court or tribunal more effectively to exercise its powers under this section.
