W 雖有第3條的規定,根據附表所提述的任何條文而作出的行為, 包括在行使酌情決定權時作出的行為,若是在生效日期2週年之前,或立 法局藉決議決定的較後日期之前作出,不受本條例影響。
(5) 立法局可在生效日期1週年之前,決議修訂附表,在其內加入 對任何先前法例條文的提述。
