This copy of Parts II and III of the ICCPR shows
the modifications made in incorporating those Parts in the
Hong Kong Bill of Rights Bill. Words that are underlined,
as well as those deleted, are not reproduced in the Bill.

substituted for the original words.

Article 2
1. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to
respect and to ensure to all individuals within its territory and
this Bill of Rights subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the present are enjoyed Sevement without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex,
