EXECUTION OF REQUESTS

1. In accordance with its laws, the Requestad Party shall take whatever steps appear to it to be necessary to give effect to a request recaived from the Requesting Party and shall respond to the request as soon as practicable after it has been received.

[2. The Central Authority of the Requestad Party shall:

(2) promptly inform the Central Authority of the Requesting Party of any circumstances which are likely to cause a significant delay in responding to the request;

(a)

promptly inform the Central Authority of the Requesting Party of a decision of the Requested Party not to comply in whole or in part with a raquest for assistance and the

reason for that decision.
