ARTICLE 14

EXTRATERRITORIALITY

1.

Neither Party shall request any measure for the

production of documents or information located within the

jurisdiction of the other Party otherwise than under this

Agreement or in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 2.

2.

Where judicial authorities other than those of Hong

Kong or Canada issue any

any order in the context of a drug trafficking investigation or prosecution that has the effect of requiring a person with a substantial connection with one

of the Parties to undertake or refrain from any conduct

within the jurisdiction of the other Party that causes

conflict with the laws or established policies of that other Party, the Parties shall consult to identify means to avoid

or minimize such conflict.

ARTICLE 15

LANGUAGE

Requests and supporting documents shall be in or

accompanied by a translation into one of the

languages of the Requested Party.
