1.

The Requested Party shall make all necessary arrangements for the representation of the Requesting Party in any proceeding arising out of a aquest for aasistarcs and shall otherwise represent the interests of the Requesting Party.

2. The Requested Party shall assume all ordinary expenses of executing a raquest except that the Requesting Party shall be responsible for:

(a) fees of counsel retained at the request of the Requesting

Party;

fees of experts;

any fees for professional services, including those of recaivers and liquidators, not met from the proceeds of forfeiture or confiscation; 1
