HONG KONG AND THE SCHENGEN AGREEMENT

Laurence Stephenson in our Migration and Visa Department has suggested I get in touch with you about the attached telegram (Hong Kong telno 2460). Paragraphs 11 to 15 ask for guidance on implications for Hong Kong of the adoption of common visa requirements under the Schengen Agreement.

I should be grateful for any advice you can offer and for a copy of the Agreement which I can forward to Hong Kong.
