10. Feedback on the package is sparse. Response in 2 districts was lukewarm, and most respondents indicated they would not apply, because they considered themselves unlikely to qualify. Some respondents also found the forms too complicated. Respondents welcomed LU Ping's remarks that nationality res- trictions would only be applied to a very small number of top posts in the civil service. Respondents thought this should help to reassure civil servants about their future with the
SAR Government.
