1. You asked whether we had seen all the telegrams mentioned in BTC Hong Kong telno Exced 7 and said that Mr Miles and COMED should be kept informed (A).

The answer to your first point is yes. On the second, we have recently set up a specific PADS distribution (B) which will capture anything with PADS in the title and which

includes Mr Miles and COMED. We shall use this on PADS

related topics as well.
