PADS: RUN DOWN OF THE RESERVES: SARG LAND FUND
With regard to the last sentence of your minute of 26 October, HKG may propose, but it is for the Chinese to dispose. JK 213 provides that the SARG share shall not be drawn on except for the financing of land development and public works in accordance with the provisions of [JD 222]. JD 222 provides that the Land Commission may examine proposals for drawing on the SARG share and make recommendations to the Chinese side for decision.
