The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED

that

(a) existing Deeds of Appropriation

cemeteries should not be

replaced by

leases; and

(b)

land for

(i) future extensions to existing

private

Commonwealth

cemeteries

War

and

Graves

Commission cemeteries, and

(ii) new private cemeteries,

should be made available by Deeds of

Appropriation.
