BRIEF SCOPE Of CONTRACTS
New Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter, Phase I
- construction of a 1,400m long breakwater, 500m seawall and 4.5 ha reclamation for the new
70 ha typhoon shelter which is to enable the existing typhoon shelter be released for land formation for construction of the airport-related transport projects and other developments.
Airport Contractors' Advanced Works Area
- reclamation of 15 ha, including construction of a 650m long seawall, in the bay area of
northern Chek Lap Kok to provide a site to house workers' accommodation and other facilities as preparatory works for the aiprort construction.
New Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter, Phase II
construction of 1,100m of seawall for the new typhoon shelter and reclamation of 16 ha behind to accommodate a public cargo working area and other marine facilities.
