The Schedule makes the Authority a body corporate and provides
for its composition and other matters relating to its constitution.
Enactment of the Bill will result in additional expenditure of
public funds either to meet the new Authority's staffing costs or its
accommodation or other overheads. As to other expenditure incurred as
regards the new airport, this will be provided either by advances from
the Development Loan Fund or borrowings by the new Authority.
