General powers of Authority

(1) Without affecting the generality of paragraph 1 of the

Schedule, the Authority may for the purposes of this Ordinance

(a) acquire, hold, grant any interest in, or any kind of

licence in relation to, or otherwise dispose of, land

or acquire, hold or dispose of other property of any

description;

(2)

(b) make contracts or other agreements; and

(c) receive and expend moneys.

(a) Without affecting the generality of subsection (1), the

Authority may make an agreement with any other person

for

(i)

the alteration (including diversion or

relocation) of any service, facility or other

thing belonging to or provided or maintained

by the other person;
