Explantory Note

This order repeals and replaces Schedules 1, 2 and 3 of the

Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) Ordinance to

incorporate changes made since 1988 to the Appendices to the

Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna

and Flora.
