Hong Kong will comply with the CITES ban in full.
The necessary legislation will be in place by 18 July in
order to enable ban to be implemented.
- We have taken up recent UK press reports with Hong Kong authorities and await their response. But repeat no question of Hong Kong not complying with CITES Appendix 1 Regulations
after 18 July.
