How

Should we withdraw on 18 July the Reservation against the listing of the African elephant on Appendix I of CITES.

Recommendation

2.

I recommend that the Reservation should be withdrawn

with effect from 18 July by means of a Diplomatic Note from

the Embassy in Berne on 17 July to the Swiss as Depositary

Power of the Convention.
