As I mentioned to you on the telephone, I am unable to take any view on the adequacy of the new Hong Kong legislation until I have an up to date copy of the 1988 Wild Plants (Protection of Either the draft amending Bill is Endangered Species) Ordinance. hopelessly wrong, or we need to see an up-dated copy of the 1988 Ordinance which includes a section 7A.
