not given special incentives to overseas investors, because
we believe that our fair and open system is inducement
enough. Many agree, and have profited. The only way in
which you can find out for yourselves the opportunities
that exist, and the opportunities that suit you, is by
coming to Hong Kong and talking to us. We are more than
happy to welcome you.
