The Lord Rippon of Hexham (ex Foreign Office Minister) is to do a radio interview where he will face questions on the comparison between the future of Hong Kong people and the plight of the Ugandan Asians in the early 70s. I should be grateful if you would arrange briefing to be submitted by 1700 on Thursday 7 June (with apologies for short notice from Lord Rippon).
